Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Leader with a strong cybersecurity and infrastructure background to lead large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk network-security-focused deployment and migration initiatives within OPS I&IT.;
The successful candidate will take ownership and accountability for project delivery, ensuring that project deliverables meet business requirements within scope, schedule, budget, compliance, and quality expectations.
This role requires strong knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), cybersecurity platforms, enterprise security technologies, network security, data and analytics platforms, and Agile project delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, decisive, analytical, and highly collaborative leader capable of working with internal OPS teams, vendors, technical stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management &
- Delivery
- Provide senior-level project management for large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk network security deployment and migration projects.
- Take full accountability and ownership for project delivery throughout the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
- Develop, maintain, and report on comprehensive project plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client business requirements within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance parameters.
- Apply OPS project management methodologies, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Drive cost-effectiveness, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Cybersecurity &
- Enterprise Infrastructure
- Lead initiatives focused on strengthening enterprise common infrastructure, privileged access, identity management, IT system security, data protection, and network protection services.
- Support the Strengthening Cyber Protection for the OPS pillar of the OPS Cyber Security Strategy.
- Support client engagements in adopting security tools, technologies, and processes that improve cybersecurity maturity.
- Provide oversight of security-focused deployment and migration initiatives.
- Apply Secure by Design principles throughout project planning, solution implementation, and delivery.
- Support enterprise security tools, security monitoring, data reporting platforms, and critical-value-asset safeguards.

- Demonstrate an understanding of enterprise security platforms and capabilities, including the Microsoft Office/Microsoft technology security stack.
- Demonstrate knowledge of security platforms and capabilities on the network infrastructure side.
- Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, data, analytics, and application teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to ensure successful implementation and acceptance of project deliverables.
- Ensure project changes are designed with day-2 supportability and operational readiness in mind.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders to resolve project issues and dependencies.

- Assess project requirements, implementation costs, risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles.
