Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist with robust experience in manual software testing and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive testing across multiple testing types, identifying and documenting defects, and supporting the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience, including functional, non-functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with experience using Jira for defect tracking and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive manual testing of applications and systems.
- Conduct testing across various testing types, including:
- Functional Testing
- Non-Functional Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and manage software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Use Jira to record, monitor, prioritize, and manage defects.
- Validate system functionality against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support the identification and resolution of application and system issues.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project teams, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve defects.




- Perform regression testing to ensure system changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Communicate testing results, defects, risks, and outstanding issues to project stakeholders.
- Contribute to overall quality assurance and successful project delivery.

- Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
