Company Description NutraMate is a Canadian deep tech company specializing in Agentic AI automation for legacy Pharmacy Management Systems, including TELUS Kroll. Pharmacists simply review completed prescriptions in a to-do list instead of typing them in manually. This saves pharmacy teams 5 plus hours every day with 99 plus percent accuracy, and helps pharmacies take on more volume during a national pharmacist shortage.

NutraMate is already live in high-volume pharmacies and central fill facilities across Canada, with enterprise pilots underway with national pharmacy banners. We are supported by NRC IRAP, Mitacs, PrairiesCan, and the Government of Saskatchewan.

Role Description

- Sales outreach: reach out to independent pharmacies across Canada by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and book product demos.
- Marketing execution: build and run email campaigns to our pharmacy contact database, and manage NutraMate’s LinkedIn presence and content calendar.
- Storytelling: turn happy customers into case studies and testimonials,



and translate technical features into language that resonates with pharmacists.
- Onboarding: support recent pharmacies going live, and help build our onboarding playbook and training materials.
- Reporting: track the pipeline, report weekly on KPIs, and keep improving what works.

Qualifications

- A recent graduate or final-year student in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Comfortable on the phone and genuinely willing to do cold outreach. This role includes real selling, not only strategy.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Canva, or Google Analytics.
- A clear writer who can simplify a technical product into a two-line pitch.
- A self-starter who is excited about the pace and ownership of an early-stage startup.
- Curiosity about healthcare, pharmacy operations, or AI-driven technology solutions is an asset.
