Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance to meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products to enhance their experience
- Manage transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product organization, and merchandising upkeep




- Demonstrate strong communication skills to explain technical product details clearly and effectively
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to store policies
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is an asset
- Experience with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated organizational skills for merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple responsibilities
