We are currently seeking passionate, Good vibes and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team.

We Are Currently Hiring for part-time position for our Steinbach location.

We are seeking applicants with a minimum of 1 year of Retail experience either in the vape or cannabis industry with open availability. Successful Candidates will be contacted for an interview! thank you for your time and good luck to everyone on indeed!

what we look for in individuals.

- Confident and comfortable in learning and conversing about all types of cannabis products + e-cigarette products.
- Provide a positive vibe to customers and lead them through the flamingo experience.
- Processing payments for all transactions of goods and product, issue receipts, refunds), credits and change (POS System) , complete inventory counts.
- Establish knowledge about pricing of high selling product and comparable products.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Verify customer age and identification, while maintaining confidentiality




- Continue to enhance knowledge of cannabis and contuses learning throughout employment.
- Unpack, sort, and count all shipments.
- Maintain the sanitization and cleanliness of the store

· Assist the Manager / Assistant Manager with other tasks · Other duties as assigned

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Excellent phone manner
- One to Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, in the customer service industry
- Must be able to provide exemplary customer service and knowledgeable service
- Must be 18 years or older with valid Identification
- Build and maintain cannabis knowledge and stay current with industry research and trends
- Have a strong passion for or interest for cannabis
- Must have a flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-Time Salary: $16.00 - $16 .50 during trial period.
