Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Able to know basic knowledge about gold , silver, watches and diamonds
- Able to calculate price discount and tax calculation on product.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively on customized product.
- Utilize time management skills by social media works and photo imaging on product for platform.
- Collaborate with team members in customer's product in regards to sales or repair
- Assist in inventory management by ordering products for store




- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction on custom product ordered or jewelry repair.

Experience

- Previous experience in jewelry retail sales or customer service is fully recommended.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills is essential for managing transactions.
- Familiarity with jewelry technology sales or experience selling gold, silver & diamonds.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends.
