The Opportunity:

We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive our client acquisition. You will be pitching a product that practically sells itself to local business owners: premium local exposure at a fraction of the cost of solo mailers, backed by hard digital data.

This is a full-cycle, outbound sales role designed for a builder. You won't be micro-managed, but you will be expected to execute.

What You Will Do

- Drive Outbound Acquisition: Execute high-volume, targeted digital outreach to local business owners across the GTA.
- Manage the Full Cycle: Own the entire sales pipeline from initial prospecting and digital presentation to negotiation and closing.
- Educate the Market:



Clearly articulate the value of our physical-to-digital tracking technology to blue-collar and local service businesses.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of outreach outcomes, follow-ups, and pipeline velocity using our internal tracking tools.

What You Bring

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in B2B sales, SDR/BDR roles, or client acquisition (hungry recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional English fluency with a concise, persuasive communication style—no fluff, just value.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with modern digital outreach tools, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet management.
- Drive: You are comfortable in a 100% outbound workplace and handle objections with resilience.

Role Requirements & Compensation

- Schedule: Part-time, fully remote. Saturday availability is mandatory (this is when many of our local trade clients are available to talk business).
- Compensation: This is a 100% commission-only role with an uncapped earning structure. Your income scales directly with your work ethic and closing rate.
