About the Role

This is an expansion role supporting the growth of YuJa’s Sales Development team. As an SDR, you’ll generate current business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities

- Generate net-new opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects and consistently achieve meeting and activity targets.




- Partner with Account Executives to support the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate information in Salesforce CRM.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
- High performers will have opportunities to develop toward a closing sales role.

About You

- College graduate with a degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales, SaaS, technology, or business development is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
- Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and eager to grow.

Schedule

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, with standard working hours.
