SwishZone Basketball | Part-Time | $20 - $25 per hour
Locations: Scarborough, North York & Burlington
SwishZone is a fast-growing basketball technology startup looking for ambitious, energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team and grow with us.
This is more than a front desk role. As a Sales & Guest Experience Associate, you will be the face of SwishZone, responsible for delivering a great customer experience while helping drive memberships and sales.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in customers
- Sell memberships, packages and services
- Give facility tours and assist new customers
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations
- Work independently and take ownership of your shift
- Communicate customer feedback, issues and opportunities to management
- Maintain a clean, welcoming and professional facility
What We're Looking For
- Ambitious, confident and personable
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with sales and speaking to new people
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Sales, hospitality, retail or customer service experience is an asset
