Sales and Marketing Manager Location: Mississuaga

Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission

We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead B2B sales (Potential Exhibitors / booth sales and sponsorship onboardings) for a growing HOME & GARDEN EXPO trade show / event series. This role is base + commission-heavy and best suited for someone who thrives on closing deals and building relationships.

Experience Required

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in events, sponsorships, media, or trade shows
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling sponsorship packages or high-ticket B2B deals
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline from cold outreach to close

Skills Required

- Solid presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Confident, polished communicator,



comfortable presenting to business owners and stakeholders
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Organized, with strong follow-up discipline and CRM/pipeline tracking habits
- Comfortable representing a brand publicly, including in marketing materials
- Bilingual or multilingual, and experience selling into diverse GTA communities, is a strong asset
