As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with prospective clients who are interested in learning about available benefit solutions.

Your role is to understand what they're looking for, present relevant options, answer questions, and guide qualified clients from the initial conversation through enrollment. You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and continued mentorship to help you develop your communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

About the Role Your day will primarily consist of scheduled phone and video consultations with prospective clients. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, you'll ask questions to understand each client's needs, priorities, and goals. From there, you'll explain available solutions, help clients compare their options, and provide guidance throughout the decision-making process. You'll also maintain relationships with existing clients through follow-ups, reviews, and continued service.
