In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Sales Representative/Merchandiser. This is a fixed term contract running to the end of October Monthly automobile allowance starting at $500/month Cell phone allowance of $20/month provided Adaptable schedule: Monday to Friday, 14-16 hours/week We do not use artificial intelligence to screen, evaluate, or select candidates. Work on the road as an independent contractor Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory spanning the greater Medicine Hat and Lethbridge area.





Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.) Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores Manage own territory and customer meetings Establish positive relationships with customers Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to get involved in the daily operations of a business, enjoys challenges, is proactive, takes initiative, will be responsible for managing the product fleet in their territory, and plays an essential role in customer satisfaction.
