Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in office property evaluations to assess client needs for major plumbing overhauls, water mitigation, and full waterproofing systems.
- Translate technical problems into clear, value-driven solutions for homeowners and property managers.
- Follow up aggressively on quotes, negotiate terms, and close high-ticket deals.
- Partner with our service technicians to convert field recommendations into signed contracts.
