- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure products are well-presented on the sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly and confidently
- Organize daily tasks efficiently, manage time effectively,



and prioritize customer interactions for maximum impact

Qualifications

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Demonstrated technical sales experience with product demos or explaining complex features is a plus
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities are essential for success
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions must be reliable
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, professionalism, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
