Business Program Manager

Role Overview A business-facing Program Manager who bridges strategy and technology — translating business needs into product features and driving them to launch. Not a technical/coding role.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Business acumen — understands strategy, programs, and business operations
- Experience in Sales or Retail domain (preferred background)
- Proven experience leading Business Programs as a Program Manager on the business side
- Experience as a DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for tools/systems




- Ability to translate business requirements into product features in collaboration with technology teams
- Salesforce exp is preferred
- Strong structured thinking with clear examples of:
- Stakeholder alignment
- Prioritization with business teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Understand and internalize business strategy and programs
- Gather and translate business requirements into product/feature specifications
- Partner with technology teams (e.g., Salesforce or other platforms) to deliver solutions
- Lead testing and launch of current features/tools
- Serve as the business-side point of contact for tooling
