We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support a large-scale financial services workplace.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and FSC implementations, with experience working in banking, insurance, wealth management, or other regulated financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Configure FSC capabilities including Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Management .
- Implement business automation using Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules .
- Develop and maintain integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, insurance, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs .
- Implement Salesforce security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and data governance requirements.
- Support CI/CD, deployments, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support .




- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience .
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Metadata .
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or wealth management .
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud .
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model and data governance .
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations .
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred
- MuleSoft or other middleware/integration experience.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking or KYC/AML systems .
- Relevant Salesforce certifications.
