Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Pefferlaw, ON. The Salesperson will engage with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs, recommend appropriate recycled auto parts, and process orders accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing price quotes, preparing invoices, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.

The role involves maintaining product knowledge, updating customer records, and supporting inventory and stock checks as needed.



The Salesperson will also contribute to building long-term customer relationships and supporting overall sales targets for the business.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse range of customers.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience closing sales, handling objections, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Basic automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn about vehicle parts, components, and their applications in auto recycling.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, orders, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with using computers and basic software for order entry, invoicing, and maintaining customer records.
- Ability to work on-site in a warehouse and office workplace, including standing and moving between work areas as needed.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, automotive parts, or wholesale distribution is an asset but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Pefferlaw, ON work location and a consistent, dependable work ethic.
