POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a professional Sandblaster to join our team. Your role would include sandblasting metal parts, material handling, applying adhesives while ensuring all work is done in a safe and timely manner. You will report to the Rubber Supervisor at our flagship location in Langley, B.C. and are expected to work on the dayshift from 5:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. – Monday to Thursday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sandblast all types of metals.
- Maintenance of sandblast equipment.
- Apply primer and bonding agents with spray gun,brush and roller.
- Meet production targets and timelines on various jobs.
- Operate and equipment and perform tasks safely.
- Operate forklift.
- Clean and maintain work area.
- Complete all quality documentation.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in the same field.




- Industrial Sandblasting with SCBA in a dedicated indoor blasting booth.
- Able to operate a Forklift.
- Able to read blueprints and follow written work instructions in English language.
- Positive attitude in a team environment.
- Dependable with strong work ethics.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
