Working alongside a supportive Operations team, you'll help protect product quality, support food safety standards, and make a real difference to the people who work here. What You'll Do
Keep Our Facility Ready
- Clean and sanitize production areas, warehouse spaces, lunchrooms, washrooms, and common areas to support daily operations.
- Help create a workplace that is safe, welcoming, and ready for every shift.
Support Food Safety & Quality
- Follow approved sanitation procedures and complete required cleaning and inspection records.
- Help maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards through consistent, thorough work.
Stay One Step Ahead
- Monitor and replenish sanitation supplies and consumable materials.
- Remove waste and recycling materials efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
Contribute to Team Success
- Support sanitation activities across the facility and assist with team coordination when needed.
- Share ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts that make our workplace better every day.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma and at least two years of experience in a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- Experience operating industrial floor scrubbers or other floor-cleaning equipment.
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Experience with HACCP, forklifts, or pallet jacks is considered an asset.
