SAP Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid
Work Model: 2 days onsite per week
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Analyst to support a major supply chain transformation initiative focused on Material Requirements Planning (MRP), procurement, logistics, S&OP;, and SAP optimization.
The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities, translate business needs into SAP solutions, and help maximize the use of SAP and supply chain data.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize supply chain, procurement, logistics, and material requirements planning (MRP) processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Support the implementation and evolution of S&OP; processes, collaborating with business stakeholders to improve planning and decision-making.
- Model and document end-to-end business processes, requirements, and business rules, identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to translate supply chain requirements into functional and technical specifications and support SAP solution design and configuration.
- Validate SAP solutions through test case definition, functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
and solution validation to ensure business requirements are met.
- Support change management and implementation activities, including stakeholder communication, training, process transition, and reporting project progress.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, SAP Functional Analyst, or Supply Chain Business Analyst, preferably within procurement, planning, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Robust experience with SAP and ERP supply chain processes, particularly Material Requirements Planning (MRP), procurement, inventory, logistics, and planning.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to large-scale SAP/ERP implementation or transformation projects involving supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Solid knowledge of business process analysis, modeling, and transformation, with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP MM, PM, and SD is highly desirable; knowledge of SAP IBP or SAP Analytics Cloud is an asset.
- Excellent French communication skills, both written and spoken, with strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. BPMN knowledge and energy-sector experience are assets.
