YWCA Toronto, on behalf of our employer partner, is hiring for seasonal roles in food service, guest experience, kitchen, and production support. These roles will support a high-volume employer located at one of Toronto’s most iconic landmarks for their annual winter village.

This energetic opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, engaging with the public, and delivering exceptional customer service during the peak holiday season.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Guest Experience & Front-of-House: Welcome visitors, maintain event areas, answer guest inquiries, assist with entry/seating, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Food Preparation & Service: Assist with food prep, counter service, assembly, stocking food/beverage stations, and maintaining health and safety standards.
- Kitchen & Production Support: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, handle dishwashing, manage inventory re-stocking, and assist production teams during peak hours.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and event organizers to support high daily visitor traffic.





Qualifications & Requirements:

- Personable, outgoing, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Minimum availability of 24 hours per week (flexible schedules including evenings and weekends).
- Prior kitchen, food prep, or customer service experience is an asset for specific roles.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

- Pay Rate: $17.95 – $24.00 per hour (Select roles offer tips)
- Schedule: Minimum 24 hours/week (Seasonal coverage)
- Location: Downtown Toronto
