Role Description<

/strong> The Seasonal Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on delivering an engaging customer experience by greeting shoppers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that reflect the Lacoste brand. Daily activities include maintaining visual standards on the sales floor, replenishing merchandise, processing transactions accurately, and handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies.

Associate will also support inventory tasks, such as stock counts and receiving shipments, and help keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers. Collaboration with the store team to meet sales goals and uphold Lacoste’s service and brand standards is central to this role.

Qualifications

- Customer service and retail sales skills, including engaging with diverse customers and building rapport.
- Cash handling and POS system experience, with attention to accuracy and basic math skills.
- Visual merchandising and store presentation skills to maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
- Teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and store management.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience is an asset, along with an interest in sportswear and lifestyle brands.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional language skills are a plus in serving an international customer base.
