The Grandview Palace Condominium is currently looking to hire security guards with experience only.

- Must be between the ages of 45 - 65 years old (if not do not apply)

- Observe and report suspicious activities and persons.

- Follow directions of supervisor and Condominium Property Manager

- Respond to alarms and security related incidents.

- Solid verbal and interpersonal skills and detail oriented

- Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems.

A reliable transportation must be willing and able to drive to North Bay Village.

Write incident reports and maintain daily logs.

Provide needed assistance to resident, Visitor, Vendors, Co-workers, and Management.

Follow all Condominium Rules and Regulations.

Qualifications





- Must be between the ages of 45 - 65 years old (if not do not apply)

- Bilingual - English and Spanish is a must.

- Security: 3 years (Preferred)

- High School Diploma or GED Required.

- Valid Class D Security Officer License is preferred.

- Be able to provide customer service in a professional manner.

- Must have excellent communication skills.

- Ability to stand on feet for extended time periods.

- be able to work in a positive team-based environment.

Schedule

- 8-hour shift

- Day shift

- Night shift

- Overnight shift

- Holidays

- Weekends

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
