This senior role requires deep expertise in up-to-date security practices, experience in defining AppSec programs, and a hands-on approach to product development workflows. You will guide initiatives across complex environments and foster collaboration among diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and lead Barracuda’s Application Security initiatives
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment
- Embed security across the product development lifecycle
- Execute long-term security initiatives and key workstreams
- Facilitate risk-based discussions and threat modeling Requirements:
- 8-10+ years in product-focused Application Security
- Strong understanding of AppSec and ProdSec concepts
- Hands-on experience in security assessments and pen-testing
- Proficient in at least two programming languages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Take charge of application security at Barracuda, driving initiatives and mentorship to enhance cyber resilience.
