The company is looking to augment their team with a technologist who loves to model and draw, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be a long-term part of the firm.

Initially this will be a support role where you don't need to lead their production on day one, but there is a clear path to grow into a lead position over time for the right candidate.

Drawing production: Work quickly and accurately to help the team hit deadlines, while improving and maintaining drawing consistency and quality standards across multiple projects.

Revit experience Experience producing drawings for custom homes / high-end residential Experience with high-performance buildings Construction drawing preparation and coordination experience Minimum 5 years in an architectural office in Canada Excellent working knowledge of the OBC Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task and coordinate across several projects at once Nice-to-haves: A sustainability certification such as Passive House (CPHD) , or working knowledge of NetZero, Carbon Neutral, or LEED The drive and ability to eventually step into the production lead role.
