We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing bartender who can do more than make great drinks. We want someone who can build relationships, bring a crowd, and create an atmosphere people want to come back to.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Deliver excellent service and make excellent drinks
- Bring in a strong personal following and regular clientele
- Attract guests who enjoy spending and supporting the venue
- Create an energetic, social, and welcoming atmosphere
- Build relationships with guests and turn first-time visitors into regulars
- Use social media and personal connections to promote the venue
- Keep the bar lively and engaging throughout the night
If you have a strong network, a social personality, and the ability to bring people through the door, we want to hear from you. Nightlife or bartending experience is an asset, but your personality, connections, and ability to build a clientele matter just as much.
