We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst / Digital Health Transformation Consultant to support large-scale clinical information system implementations and healthcare transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience working within Canadian hospital and digital health environments and possess strong expertise in business analysis, clinical and operational workflows, business intelligence, stakeholder engagement, reporting, analytics, and healthcare transformation.

This role requires a highly organized professional who can effectively translate complex clinical, operational, and business requirements into structured, implementation-ready solutions while collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.

Mandatory Requirements

Education

- University degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
- An equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience in healthcare transformation, information management, or digital health will also be considered.

Experience
- 10+ years of progressive Canadian experience in hospital and/or digital health environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale Clinical Information System implementations, digital health transformation programs, or provincial/regional health system modernization initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience translating complex clinical, operational, and business requirements into implementation-ready requirements within a Business Intelligence environment.
- Strong experience developing:




- Reporting specifications
- Analytics frameworks
- KPI definitions
- Dashboard requirements
- Data dictionaries
- Business rules
- Standardized terminology

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate complex clinical, operational, and business requirements into structured and actionable requirements.
- Support large-scale healthcare transformation and digital health initiatives.
- Analyze current-state clinical and operational workflows and facilitate future-state process design.
- Define reporting, analytics, KPI, dashboard, and data standardization requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, governance meetings, and planning sessions.
- Build consensus across multiple healthcare organizations, programs, and stakeholder groups.
- Document decisions, discussions, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
- Develop and maintain project logs, registers, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare presentations, briefings, and communication materials for executives, clinicians, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Support the standardization of workflows, terminology, performance measures, reporting requirements, and business processes.





Desired Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings with large and diverse stakeholder groups across multiple organizations.
- Experience facilitating focus groups, governance meetings, strategy sessions, and progress-planning discussions.
- 8+ years of strong verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics clearly and obtain stakeholder buy-in and consensus.
- 8+ years of experience documenting decisions, synthesizing discussions, monitoring progress, and managing risks and dependencies.
- 6+ years of experience achieving consensus across multiple organizations or stakeholder groups within complex healthcare environments.
- 8+ years of experience analyzing clinical and operational workflows and designing future-state processes enabled by Clinical Information Systems or digital health technologies.
- Experience supporting healthcare transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Experience working with provincial or regional healthcare organizations.
- Experience with Business Intelligence, healthcare analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Knowledge of clinical information systems and digital health technologies.
