Reports To: Banquet Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Café Server to take the lead in our vibrant Courtyard Café — someone who can keep service smooth, staff motivated, and guests delighted, all while maintaining the highest standards in quality and hospitality.

Availability to work in Full time shift, am, pm, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Duties:

- Lead by example on the café floor, demonstrating top-tier service and professionalism.
- Train and mentor café team members, fostering growth and confidence.
- Ensure quality — from food presentation to drink prep, nothing escapes your eye.
- Keep operations sharp by completing daily checklists, maintaining supply levels, and supporting accurate cash-outs.
- Handle guest feedback with care and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness to the highest standards — from handwashing to hazard reporting.
