Role Description
We're seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to support a long-term project in Warren, Michigan, working at the cutting edge of EV battery manufacturing, helping build the systems shaping the future of electric mobility.
What We're Looking For
- Strong, hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal)
- Proven background in industrial controls — PLC programming, HMI development, systems integration
- Process control expertise: PID loops,
industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus), real-time monitoring
- Robotics programming/integration/commissioning for material handling, assembly, or inspection
- Strong fault-finding, commissioning, and technical documentation skills
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or battery/energy environments — strongly preferred
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls, or related field
- Must be able to work in office in Warren, Michigan, for the duration of the project
