This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Coach eager to engage directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders.

You will spend roughly 70% of your time on one-on-one coaching and 30% on leadership facilitation, driving impactful outcomes. Your experience will guide executives through complex challenges, establish development goals, and build trusted client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions for senior leaders
- Facilitate engaging leadership development workshops




- Lead 360 assessments and provide actionable feedback
- Develop and nurture client relationships
- Adapt coaching techniques based on client needs

Requirements:

- ICF credential (ACC, PCC or MCC) preferred
- 5+ years in executive coaching or related roles
- Experience with senior-level clients, including C-suite
- Solid facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements
