Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis – 6 Month Contract

Responsibilities

- Own finance partnering for designated product and business portfolios, including reporting, performance management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly P&L; reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, and performance insights for key stakeholders.
- Support the five-year strategic plan by gathering assumptions, building forecasts, and preparing planning materials.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and return assessments to support product and business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on forecasts, executive materials, ad-hoc analysis, and process improvements.

Requirements

- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent finance designation preferred.
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, audit, valuation, or a related area.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Proven ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, assess commercial impact, and communicate insights clearly.
- Self-starter with strong analytical, prioritization, stakeholder-management, and communication skills; able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
