Full Stack Engineer with AI/LLM

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

IN-PERSON interview required.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with strong full-stack development skills and hands-on experience building AI/LLM-enabled enterprise applications .

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed systems , along with practical experience implementing modern AI application patterns such as RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool calling .

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering production or production-like AI-enabled applications .
- Strong full-stack development experience with:
- Angular
- TypeScript
- Java
- Spring Boot
- RESTful APIs
- Distributed systems
- Practical experience with LLM application development , including:
- Model APIs




- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Embeddings
- Vector databases/search
- Prompt engineering
- Structured outputs
- Tool/function calling
- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and monitoring .
- Understanding of AI application security and secure enterprise application design.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, scalability, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and enterprise LLM platforms.
- Experience building automation workflows and AI-powered developer or business productivity solutions.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
