Join E.SUN Bank Toronto Branch and play a key role in shaping the HR function of a growing international financial institution in Canada. This is a unique opportunity to build and enhance HR practices within a federally regulated banking environment while working closely with local leadership and our Taiwan Head Office.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end perks administration, including annual renewals, employee enrollment, and vendor management.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and background screening processes.
- Support employee relations, HR policies, leave administration, and workplace compliance.
- Partner with Payroll and our vendor to ensure accurate payroll-related HR processes and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, reporting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and employee experience initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including broad HR generalist responsibilities.




- Strong experience in employee benefits administration and HR operations.
- Familiarity with Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
- CHRP designation or active pursuit of certification; CHRL is an asset.
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience is preferred.
- English proficiency required; Mandarin is an asset.
