We are looking for an ambitious Senior Implementation Consultant, based in Toronto, to own delivery of our full-service Order Management (OMS) and Portfolio Management (PMS) platform for the institutional buy-side. This is a chance to move away from manual, playbook-driven delivery into AI-native delivery, building with production AI tooling every day.

What you will contribute

This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role at the centre of how United Fintech delivers for institutional clients. You own delivery end to end - scoping through go-live and handover - and you are the engineer who can go as deep as the problem requires, the primary technical partner the client trusts, and the person internally who keeps hard projects moving.

We run specialized AI agents in production - for data migration and reconciliation, and for building client interfaces - and you will extend that tooling to compress delivery timelines rather than follow a manual playbook.

You will start as an individual contributor with genuine end-to-end ownership, with a clear path to build and lead a delivery team as the book grows.

Key responsibilities include:

- Own the full implementation lifecycle - scoping, planning, configuration, integration, onboarding, training, and clean handover to Support.
- Be the primary technical partner through delivery - build trust with senior stakeholders, manage expectations, and keep the hard conversations on track.
- Keep complex,



multi-workstream implementations moving. Unblock, escalate, and drive to dates.
- Treat TTV as a number you own. Continuously shorten the path from signed to live, and feed those improvements back into the delivery playbook.
- Use and extend our production AI tooling (data migration, reconciliation, interface build) to automate the repetitive and accelerate the hard parts.
- Codify what works into repeatable implementation processes and a delivery playbook the whole team runs on.
- Bring the field back to Product — real client needs, roadmap signals, and the friction worth engineering away.
- Lend technical credibility to pursuits when needed - scoping, solution design, and demonstrating the platform to prospects.

What you will bring

- 5–7+ years implementing financial technology, with a strong track record of personal, hands-on delivery to institutional buy-side clients.
- Deep OMS/PMS domain expertise - you understand front-to-back investment workflows, trading, compliance, and operations, and can translate them into a configured platform.
- API integration & customization experience – you have adapted platforms to unique institutional client needs.
- Client gravitas - you hold your own with senior institutional stakeholders and keep hard projects and hard conversations on track.
- An AI-forward, builder's mindset - you reach for automation by default and are energized by building the tools that make delivery faster.
- Commercial instinct - you understand that great delivery is both technically sound and commercially smart.

Location & Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, reporting to the General Manager & Product Lead.

We are opening an office in downtown Toronto shortly, where you will work in a hybrid arrangement alongside the General Manager.
