Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Identity Access Management Consultant with strong hands-on development experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.

The ideal candidate will be a robust OIM developer with experience in OIM API/workflow development, customization, schedulers, adapters, plugins, connectors, and custom UI development. This role will support the development, enhancement, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment of enterprise IAM and certificate management solutions.

This is a hands-on development role. Candidates with primarily IAM administration, architecture, or support experience without substantial OIM development experience will not be a fit.

Must-Haves:

- 3-5+ years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) – mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with OIM API and workflow coding/development.
- 3-5++ years of OIM customization, including:
- Development and deployment of OIM schedulers.
- Development and deployment of OIM adapters and plugins.
- Custom OIM UI development.
- Customized connector development.
- Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
- Strong experience developing and integrating IAM solutions using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Experience developing customized OIDC solutions and OAuth2/OIDC clients and integrating them with IAM products.




- Experience supporting large-scale IAM implementations with 10,000+ registered users.

Responsibilities:

- Develop solutions to resolve existing OIM and identity management issues.
- Design and implement new features for identity and certificate management solutions.
- Develop and enhance IAM solutions to meet enterprise security requirements.
- Support application migration from existing identity and certificate management services.
- Provide full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop, test, and deploy programmatic components such as scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain OIM schedulers, adapters, plugins, connectors, workflows, and customized UI components.
- Research and evaluate technology improvements and demonstrate solutions through Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Install, configure, evaluate, and support development and deployment tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and IAM issues across development and non-production environments.
- Support performance and consumption reporting.
- Document application maintenance, operational, and support procedures.
- Support change, release, testing, and deployment activities.
