Drive legal excellence for Alto’s high-speed train initiatives as Vice President of Legal Affairs. Guide teams to deliver top-tier legal services for infrastructure and development projects. In this role, you will be integral in managing Alto’s legal affairs, overseeing Transactions, Development, Litigation, and Ethics & Compliance.

Reporting to the Chief Legal & Real Property Assets Officer, you will provide strategic legal advice on complex matters that affect large infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships. Your focus will ensure legal support aligns with business and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the integration of legal functions within Alto
- Advise on infrastructure, environmental, and regulatory issues




- Develop strategic priorities and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners
- Spearhead ethics and compliance initiatives throughout the organization

Requirements:

- Licensed legal practitioner in Canada with good standing
- 15+ years legal experience, including leadership roles
- Expertise in infrastructure projects and M&A; transactions
- Proven ability to navigate complex legal environments
- Effective relationship builder with robust executive presence
