- Serve as Data & Analytics partner for clinical programs

- Design and implement sustainable improvement systems
- Develop training and mentorship programs for the team
Requirements:
- Master's in Health/Hospital Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years in healthcare management roles
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies
