- Ensure successful delivery of the study portfolio assigned to LSOMs
- Oversee LSOMs from feasibility to study close-out
- Monitor portfolio progress and provide quality oversight




- Mentor and develop LSOMs for managing complex trials
- Promote cross-functional collaboration within country teams

Requirements:

- Doctorate degree & 2 years of clinical execution experience
- Master’s & 6 years, Bachelor’s & 8 years of clinical experience
- 7 years in life sciences with 4 years in biopharmaceutical clinical trials
- Experience managing multiple teams across clinical functions
- Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements
