About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer (SRE L3) to join our Network Services team in a mission-critical operational environment. This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, leadership, and operational oversight across enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and continuous service improvement.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Routing & Switching, Aruba Wireless Technologies, and Enterprise Network Operations, along with hands-on experience managing complex production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support and technical leadership for enterprise network services.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of major incidents and complex network issues.
- Drive problem management activities and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Vendor Management, and Service Delivery teams to onboard and operationalize new network solutions.
- Ensure successful acceptance of new technologies into production environments.
- Participate in operational reviews, change advisory activities, and implementation projects.
- Support production stability initiatives and share operational best practices across teams.
- Manage and optimize network performance, availability, and security.

- Enterprise Aruba WLAN architecture and design
- Wireless site surveys and capacity planning
- Layer 3 WLAN deployments
- Controller-based and Aruba Instant deployments
- Network topology planning
- Wireless security implementation
- Authentication and access control
- Traffic prioritization and QoS
- Wireless standards (802.11 family)

Qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
- Strong experience supporting large-scale production environments.
- Proven ability to lead troubleshooting efforts during critical incidents.
- Experience working within SRE, Operations, or Network Services environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
