To be near the top of the pay scale you must pass a practical exam and be a certified Exercise Therapy Practitioner by Exercise Therapy Association. If you have 10,000 hours of experience and other valuable certifications (e.g. FST level 3, PICP level 3 or higher) you may also be near the top of the pay scale.

3 Seasons helps people play the sport they love, at the level they want, for as long as they want. While many clients are not athletes and simply come to us to improve their healthspan, you must have an interest in strength training for athletic performance to succeed.
We are not a yoga or pilates studio. Nor are we a machine focused bodybuilding gym. Unless you love training with barbells, dumbbells, calisthenics, pulleys, etc. please don’t apply.
