Molaris is building the Intelligent Operating System for the Dental Industry.

Our mission: building the infrastructure for scalable, AI-driven dental operations, where every dental operation runs on AI.We were founded by people who spent years inside dental labs, navigating broken workflows and software that tracked work without understanding it.

Our two products work as one system: ClearPath, the workflow and case management platform an entire operation runs on, and Orovia, the 3D software that powers our AI suite reading the clinical work moving through it. We're AI-native, not AI-bolted-on: every case processed makes the system sharper, and every feature is exercised in working labs, on real cases, against real deadlines.We're a small, fully remote team solving hard problems in 3D geometry, machine learning, and production software.

The role

First dedicated PM at Molaris. You'll own product across ClearPath and Orovia — working directly with the CEO, engineering, and our largest lab operators. This is a builder's PM role: shipping weekly, talking to users constantly,



no layers.

What you'll do

- Own roadmap and prioritization for ClearPath (enterprise workflow OS) and Orovia (AI design)
- Sit inside real dental lab operations to understand workflows, then translate them into specs engineers can build
- Run releases: scoping, acceptance criteria, QA coordination, rollout to production labs
- Manage feedback loops from high-volume enterprise clients
- Define and track product metrics (throughput, adoption, design acceptance rates)

What we're looking for

- 4+ years PM experience in B2B SaaS, workflow tools, or operational software
- Comfortable in technical conversations — you can read an API spec and challenge an architecture tradeoff
- Bias to shipping; you write clearly and decide quickly
- Bonus: dental/medical device/manufacturing domain, ML product experience
