Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Change & Transformation

Job Location: 100% Remote, Canada

Pay Rate: CAD 80 - 90 per hour

Role Summary

We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will work on a project focused on Technical Advisory, business transformation, and cross-functional program execution. You will lead complex programs, establish effective governance, integrate change-management strategies, and help teams and senior stakeholders drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programs, including program definition, scope, objectives, workstreams, schedules, milestones, dependencies, governance, and success measures.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans with clear ownership, sequencing, decision points, deliverables, and accountability.
- Establish program governance and operating rhythms, including status reviews, leadership updates, decision forums, action tracking, and escalation mechanisms.
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams by identifying blockers, dependencies, and gaps and ensuring appropriate ownership and actions.
- Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while providing mitigation strategies, recommendations, and escalation paths.
- Define and track measurable program outcomes and success metrics aligned with strategic and business objectives.
- Provide senior leaders with clear executive reporting and decision support covering program health, progress, risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and recommended actions.
- Prepare and facilitate executive and cross-functional discussions to support decision-making, resolve competing priorities, and maintain alignment.
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder,



and readiness assessments for major program initiatives.
- Translate assessment findings into actionable change strategies and plans.
- Integrate stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, readiness, and reinforcement activities into broader program plans.
- Apply change-management frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent methodologies based on program needs.
- Build strong relationships and shared accountability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Continuously improve program-management processes, governance mechanisms, and ways of working to strengthen execution effectiveness and organizational visibility.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, change management, business operations, or related disciplines.
- Solid experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
- Experience with scope management, integrated planning, milestone management, dependency management, risk management, governance, and outcome tracking.
- Strong experience working with senior and executive leaders.
- Experience preparing executive materials, facilitating discussions, presenting recommendations, and supporting decisions.
- Ability to influence and lead in complex, matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Strong knowledge of stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, organizational readiness, adoption planning, and reinforcement.
- Working knowledge of Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent change-management frameworks.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess trade-offs and structure ambiguous problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience in professional services, consulting, customer success, business transformation, or technology organizations.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale operating model, organizational, process, or technology transformation programs.
- Experience establishing or improving program governance, portfolio management, or business operating mechanisms.

Certifications

- Prosci certification is beneficial.
- PMP certification is beneficial.
- PgMP certification is beneficial.
- Comparable program or change-management certifications are beneficial.
