Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Employment Type : Contract

Duration: April 2027

Location: Toronto/ Waterloo

Ideal Rate: $70- $76 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid- once per month in office

Must haves:

- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 3+ years of Agile delivery, transformation, training, or coaching experience.
- Valid Canadian Security Clearance – Reliability / Enhanced Reliability / Secret or higher.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification required.
- Solid experience with team coaching, team dynamics, and conflict management.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
