- Oversee site operations from mobilization through completion
- Manage schedules, sequencing, and daily site coordination
- Supervise subtrades, site staff, and material deliveries
- Maintain safety standards and WSBC compliance
- Track site budgets and control material costs
- Coordinate with project teams on reporting and documentation
- Troubleshoot site challenges and maintain strong stakeholder communication
- Foster a proactive, solutions-driven site culture

Requirements
- 10 to 20 years superintendent experience on commercial or industrial projects
- Minimum 5 years leading tilt-up concrete projects
- Proven leadership managing complex builds
- Robust track record delivering projects safely and on schedule
- Self-motivated leader comfortable in fast-paced environments.
