We need a Senior Strategist who grew up in creatively-led agencies. Someone who understands that strategy is a means to an end, and that the end is famous, provocative work.

Can you spot the difference between a true cultural insight and a statistic from a trend report? We’re looking for someone with the ability to hunt down a true insight,



turn a messy business problem into a brief creatives actually want to work on, and care as much about the final creative output as the rigor of the strategic input.

Must haves:

- 4–6+ years at creative or integrated agencies known for their creative product.
- Solid grip on brand positioning, comms strategy, and social ecosystems.
- Case studies and measurable results from your work that you can speak to.
- A deep understanding of, and respect for, the creative development process.
- Curiosity about how AI and emerging tech can sharpen strategic research and workflows.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from CA$85,000 to CA$115,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
