As a Senior UX Designer , you will lead end-to-end user experience activities, from research and discovery through ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.

You will work closely with stakeholders, business users, developers, QA specialists, and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UX research , including user interviews, surveys, diary studies, usability testing, A/B testing, card sorting, and usability metrics.
- Facilitate UX workshops, ideation sessions, stakeholder alignment sessions, and design activities .
- Synthesize research findings into user journey maps, personas, service blueprints, affinity maps, sitemaps, and user flows .
- Develop information architecture, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and service design blueprints .
- Conduct user testing and continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and research findings.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications .
- Make strategic UX decisions related to current and existing product features and functionality.
- Identify complex design problems and develop effective, user-centered solutions.
- Work within Agile and sprint-based development environments .
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and other project team members.
- Design using established design systems ,



including the Ontario Design System where applicable.
- Ensure designs consider accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive design documentation, reports, assessments, and presentations.
- Support product development through Discovery, Agile, Beta, and Live phases.

Must-Have Skills ✅ Senior-level experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role

✅ Strong experience conducting user research , including interviews, usability testing, diary studies, A/B testing, card sorting, and surveys

✅ Experience synthesizing research into personas, journey maps, service blueprints, affinity maps, sitemaps, and user flows

✅ Strong experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and information architecture

✅ Experience facilitating UX workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions

✅ Hands-on experience with Figma and other design/prototyping tools

✅ Experience designing within a design system

✅ Experience working in an Agile / sprint-based development environment

✅ Strong understanding of iterative product development cycles , including Discovery, Agile, Beta, and Live

✅ Experience designing responsive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
