Our client is a well-established wealth management practice in Vernon, BC , seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor as part of a planned succession.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and develop long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

The Role

Working alongside an established Senior Wealth Advisor and support team, you'll provide sophisticated, holistic wealth advice across areas including:

- Comprehensive wealth and financial planning
- Tax planning and wealth structuring
- Estate and succession planning
- Investment and portfolio management
- Business-owner and high-net-worth client strategies
- Long-term relationship management

The practice has strong roots in the Vernon community and is looking for someone who values relationships, professionalism, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients over the long term.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced wealth advisor with:





- Significant experience working with high-net-worth clients
- Strong financial planning and wealth management expertise
- Experience with tax and estate planning
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A strong connection to, or interest in, the Vernon/Okanagan community
- The maturity and experience to work with sophisticated clients
- A cooperative, team-oriented approach

A CFP, CIM, CPA/CA or similar professional designation is an asset. A CA/CPA background would be particularly valuable given the practice's emphasis on tax and estate planning, but is not required. Why Consider This Role?
