Senior Workday Integration Consultant / Lead

We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Consultant / Lead to join a growing consulting team and work closely with clients on complex Workday integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday integrations across HCM and/or Finance
- Work directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements and provide integration solutions
- Develop and support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services
- Take ownership of integration projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex integrations
- Contribute to integration architecture, standards, and best practices




- Mentor and provide guidance to other consultants when required

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Workday Integrations , ideally across HCM and/or Finance
- Mandatory Workday Integration certification
- Strong hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Advanced experience with Workday Studio is highly valued
- Previous experience working in a consulting firm, systems integrator or Workday partner setting
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience
- Experience participating in pre-sales activities is a strong asset
- Additional Workday certifications are considered a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English-speaking role; professional fluency in English is required
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
