Ryuko is hiring Servers and Bussers to join our teams at both our West Calgary and Beacon Hill locations.

Located in beautiful and growing communities, Ryuko offers brunch, omakase, and premium Japanese dining in a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. We are looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy working with people and are committed to delivering a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Server

- Provide attentive and professional table service
- Greet guests, take orders, and assist with menu selections
- Provide menu guidance, including wine and sake recommendations
- Communicate effectively with guests and the kitchen team
- Help maintain a clean and organized dining area

Busser
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Assist with plates, glassware, and dining room supplies
- Support Servers during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area
- Work cooperatively as part of the front-of-house team

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but training is available
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude




- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers in English
- Korean language skills are an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
