:

As a Server/Bartender at Tipsy Moose, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. You'll work closely with your colleagues, following established service guidelines and maintaining the highest health and safety standards. Your role will include serving customers in the dining area as well as tending to our bar.

Server/Bartender Requirements:

- Proven restaurant serving/bartending experience (2 years)
- "Guest First" approach, demonstrating patience and understanding of guest needs
- Effective and efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties and making change
- Excellent oral communication and people skills
- Ability to describe menu items with confidence and product knowledge, effectively upselling
- Responsible, trustworthy, and possess a strong work ethic
- Attention to cleanliness and safety, adhering to specified standards
- Ability to follow specific instructions and adapt to recent service standards/methods
- Team player, capable of collaborating with all staff to provide a superior guest experience




- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Must possess a valid Pro Serve certificate
